My phone died while I arrived in Seattle from Floriday, Ernest not helped me to buy and install the phone, but also cut my bill by 40 dollars with the change in autopay method. Great service, and thank you Ernest for your help and hard work.

Dahir had a great level of energy that was to too much or too little. They helped me with what I needed and suggested reasonable options of additions I could get. Unfortunately, it was not the time for me to get those suggestions but I did highly consider it and am still thinking on two of them. They were very helpful and communicative on what was happening and what needed to be done. And the experience overall felt like it was faster than it was because of Dahir.

Tyler was incredible. I made an online appointment and was seen as soon as I arrived. I brought some unique challenges, and he stayed with them, resourcefully thinking through options until they were solved. I left the store today, a completely satisfied customer and rather in awe of Tyler's patience, kindness and professionalism.

Misty at AT&T (Manager at 6th Ave store in Seattle is AWESOME!! After having a terrible experience at the Northgate store she went above and beyond to retrieve our phone number that AT&T mistakenly erased. That’s not to mention that she got our messed up accounts straightened after 6 months of trying to work through AT&T phone support. Misty is a champ and deserves every accolade she gets!! Great service and personal

I went to several stores. I was greeted by Dahir. He was great. There was a ton of stuff to do and I was impressed with him in a big way. He had to work with a difficult transfer of tech and get everything set up. I also felt Dahir was honest and cared in a genuine way. I am totally pleased with the entire process. He made sure I had it all when I left the store. 100 percent 5 stars.

Misty the store manager at the downtown Seattle location was extremely patience and knowledgeable in resolving a long list of issues I have encountered. The details of the issues are way to complicated to go into details here. Bottom line, her effort saves me-a long time customer of 30+ year from canceling my service with AT&T. She should be commended for her excellent service and she deserves the utmost recognition for her dedication. Thanks for all your help today Misty!
